What is Vodcasting?

Vodcasting, also called video podcasting, vidcasting or vlogging, adds video to the downloadable sound files.

What will you need to vodcast at your school?

 Software Recommended

• Video converter
• Nero Vision or Movie Maker
• Adobe Captivate for recording tutorials
• If using the school Macs: imovie

Hardware Recommended

• Digital Video Camera for recording a lesson in class – Any Canon Model cost around $300
• Fire Wire Cable

These vodcasts were created in class. Mainly used as a revision for a lesson by my students. A better quality camera will capture the whiteboard details.
